Pros

Discounts on most products. It can be a fun place to work if you have a good manager.

Cons

Corporate doesn't care about the employees or the customers. Markups are insane. The pay is horrible. District managers do not care and talk down to employees.

Pros

Very few to mention. It's pretty awful

Cons

Hours are supposed to be 40 but they don't actually add up with breaks. Low pay. Awful managers. Terrible culture. Little training. And you dont even get a free Pro account except once a year, so if you get hired right after it happens, you have to wait a year.

Pros

* Fast-paced environment that built strong multitasking and customer service skills * Learned how to handle high-volume traffic during game launches and holidays * Gained experience explaining products and making recommendations to different types of customers * Team-oriented culture with coworkers who were easy to collaborate with * Early exposure to sales metrics and performance goals

Cons

* Heavy focus on upselling memberships and add-ons could feel pushy at times * Inconsistent hours, especially outside of peak seasons * Busy periods (like console launches) could get stressful with limited staffing * Pay was on the lower end compared to workload expectations * Dealing with occasional difficult customers, especially around returns or trade-in values
