Pros

Depending on the group you are in, it is pretty comfortable here. I am a developer. Some have it worse than others. Projects are sometimes under estimated, over promised and IMHO over staffed. Too many chefs and not enough cooks. It is not annoying enough yet to leave.

Cons

Like I mentioned, sometimes you get too many people with conflicting opi ionz and since we are a Politically Correct company you cant just tell someone their idea is crap or their solution is poorly architected or implenented. Just have to wait until the smoke clears and pick up the pieces in prod later. A big gripe of mine is it significant roadblocks in getting training or tools paid for by the company. Like i said... It varies by department.
