Pros

The job is FUN, every day you get to actively engage in your hobby with like minded individuals and have the joy of seeing happy faces of those you introduce to the hobby for the first time

Cons

Living hand to mouth as wages unless you can get the job of managing one of the top 20 stores at which point the wages become liveable

Pros

The position is challenging, but the work you put into the job is returned by what you get out of the position. There are operators that fail but they just don't understand the amount of focus, hard work and good attitude it takes to be successful. There is currently around 90 stores. There are 4 regional managers and 5-6 trainer positions. That requires you to be one of the best to move into those roles. But the company will take care of you if you put the business first. This position is highly rewarding for those with the courage and stamina to stay the course. Your salary is base in merit. It goes up every year as long as your growing your store. If you grow your store you get a percentage of that as a bonus. You set your own goals and the company will hold you accountable to those goals. Also the company's benefits are one of the best I have ever had. It's there best way to run your own business without having to fund it yourself.

Cons

It can be hard to see good people fail. But when your the only employee in your store their is no one to blame but yourself.
