Pros

Big company in KC and well-respected brand.

Cons

This is the most political environment I have ever worked in. Everyone is out for themselves. Zero trust between employees.

Pros

Good benefits. Also offer flight training reimbursement and free loans of Garmin products.

Cons

Management still runs the company like it were a small start up. Senior leadership has only ever worked at Garmin and have no willingness to incorporate ideas from outside the company. Salary increases are low. Expectations are often unclear and arbitarty.
