It is indeed a global company, with well fromated product lines and sales divisions who work globally in corporate customers. In some aspects global team work fine, specially with north american subsidaries. Fair pay

Cons

At the local subsidary upper management sometimes tried to by pass global policies, and submit information to heavy filtering, what confuses staff. No incentives / encouragement to academic progress. Poor benefits No leadership team renovation led to heavy talents evasion.

Stable as a company. Very good project management opportunities as salary employee. Strong focus on process improvement so many relating projects available and supported. Nice amount of autonomy in day to day work.

Cons

Very little useful feedback on work performed/projects completed. Hierarchy constantly changing. Deep technical knowledge held by very few individuals. Not much room to grow/excel.
