      Pros

      Very family oriented. Amazing sales team. Excellent benefits. This was a company I saw myself retiring from and based on my interview, growing within. The first management team I worked with was outstanding.

      Cons

      There were frequent management changes. It did not seem that much attention was given to the abilities, accomplishments and achievements of employees. Everyone was treated the same, regardless of attitude.

      Pros

      Vacation/Sick benefits adequate. Gates is concerned with offering "average" benefits and they are quickly becoming less than an "average" company to work for.

      Cons

      "New" organization oes not make sense. Customers are very confused and dissatisfied.
