Cons

Upper management doesn't care to keep their dedicated employes. Those that work hard and go above and beyond are not treated fairly. Those that don't work as hard as they should are promoted sometimes with no experience. You must be in the so called "group" in order to get recognized for your hard work and dedication. The last couple of years have really been an experience with a lot of employees looking for another job.

Working at Gavilon was an extremely satisfying experience. There is excellent compensation and plenty of opportunities to advance in your career.

Cons

You need to be a dedicated individual and have a strong work ethic to thrive at Gavilon. It is a very fast paced environment that is not for less motivated individuals
