      good opportunity to work for a hospital

      Cons

      not enough time off and pay, 30min drive every day not enough time to complete daily work no overtime but they want you to work weekends all the time

      Pros

      Health benefits. Career growth. Employee benefits - program to help fund continued education is the top benefit.

      Cons

      CNAs get pulled from their floor to "sit" with dementia, suicide, etc. patients. This is the worst when working third shift with a patient who is sleeping through the night, doesn't want the tv on and sit in silence.

      Pros

      Well selected management. Management are leaders and not bosses. Coworkers are like family. Forward thinking hospital. Listens to employees and their inputs on ways to make improvements.

      Cons

      Parking is far away but there's not much that be done about that and it comes with the territory of a big hospital.
