      Pros

      Direct patient interaction. Relatively easy work. Self-paced. Managers are easy to contact and understanding about life/work balance. Coworkers are great. Good pay and benefits (if you stay within the system for healthcare).

      Cons

      Monotonous. Not much contact with coworkers. Healthcare makes it difficult to maintain doctor outside of system. Not much recognition/incentives.

      Pros

      The reputation of the company is unsurpassed. The benefits are great- starting on the first day of hire. Chance for plenty of overtime if you are interested.

      Cons

      Sometimes there are staffing problems. I know they can't be helped. Weekends also bring a lot of staffing problems. Other than that, there really aren't a lot of cons.
