      You build a relation with your co-workers

      Cons

      - health plan ends up costing YOU money each pay period - scope of your work gets more added to it but a merit increase of, if you’re lucky 3% - concerns of quantity over quality, but if you make a mistake you’re left to own the entire thing - procedures change almost weekly, but you don’t find out until 6 hours into an 8 hour shift so to speak - have taken away your 4 floating holidays you get at the beginning of each year and substituted it with a higher rate for earning PTO but takes about 16 weeks to earn those 4 days

      Nice company to work for depending upon management and the department.

      Cons

      Poor management Unprofessional staff and coworkers Management let's team lead and most staff sit around and play on the phone, Staff can get caught sleeping in the office by corporate and somehow get away with it and also making fun of patients and being rude. Day 1 no help from anyone how to clock in or anything needed that I asked I should have done.. Basically have to find out on your own how to do certain things because when I asked a lead or manager I would often get "I don't know" as an answer. So many unacceptable issues within the company..

      Most Providers Great, Administration Does NOT Care About Providers

      I feel confident in the medical knowledge and decision making with most of my coworkers.

      Cons

      Administration does not help at all, they do not listen to you (even if they "say" they are listening to you), everything is always on the providers and you are expected to do more and more without any compensation or even a thank you.
