Pros

Level 1 trauma center experience, will prepare you to go anywhere. Opportunity to learn advanced protocols, cardiac MRI, anesthesia patient care, ICU patient care, ER patient care, pediatric patient care.

Cons

Upper Managment is often detached and uncaring towards radiology staff. Currently a staffing crisis with little to no acknowledgment of the problem or solutions. Expecting the same level out output with far less staff. Training was cut severely short for new staff. (1 year of training expected, cut as short as 6 months to 5 weeks)
