Pros

- Good people - Good work/life balance - Solid work

Cons

- Small, flat organization means that career paths don't really exist - Managers tend to manage up as opposed to managing their teams - Extensive budget cuts over the past 4 years - Compensation and benefits have consistently been cut year over year since 2014

Pros

Compensation is still comparatively generous but it has diminished significantly every year. Opportunity to transfer to other positions within the Company are ample. Some flex time and telecommuting options available.

Cons

Culture is oppressive. Termination can be heartless sudden and unexpected. Direct managers can not always influence this decision. No regard for years of service. No regard for anything other than the bottom line profit margin. Company has Mission statement to reduce overhead. Do more with less and out source wherever possible is the goal.
