Some of the people on local teams are friendly to work with

Cons

Upper management is unethical. Company also makes people sign a highly restrictive noncompete to join and to be promoted as a scare tactic to try to make people not leave. They especially treat the Chinese employees poorly and don’t pay well while overworking everyone

company provides me with the gift of employment in a biotech company. strong company name.

Cons

too many questionable working practices. but no one sees it as red flags bcos people here are mostly fresh grads, and are none the wiser about these malpractices.
