Pros

any fresh biology grad can get a job here; anyone with working experience in an established pharma/biotech can get a management position here; Synthetic genes are easy to sell and therefore job is very secure.

Cons

Unless you are at management level, the work load is going to kill you. Low salary. No benefit. Your life quality pretty much depends on your spouse. If you are in the commercial team, just don't fool yourself that you are good at selling. For this company, essentially people come to buy.

Good for biology fresh graduate who is looking for a transition to business/sales

Cons

Management is a joke. They adopt Chinese style business model and care nothing about employee's career development. They offer marginal salary & benefit and you work as machine.

Office staff are friendly, that's the only pro.

Cons

Where do I even start? Improper managment. Does not look like a real American company at all. Like to use cheap stuff, from cheap material to cheap labor, that how they get their revenue. Bonus and salary increase? forget about it. They will try everything to prove that you are not "worth" it.
