      Pros

      They will hire you due to high turnover. You can be promoted if you are able to stick it out

      Cons

      Incompetent leadership, low caliber employees, lowest pay in the industry, difficult to retain clients when production team constantly messing up customer’s orders, high growth goals arbitrarily set, dont care about employees, dwindling market share and reputation

      Pros

      1) if you are looking to gain weight, their $3 per day lunch program is the best. 2) Take brisk walks with Managers if you want promotions.

      Cons

      1) Training sessions and workshops are below standard and very unprofessional. Can't understand the speakers most of the time. Always have technical issues with Skype business calls. 2) Kitchen during the lunch time is very hostile for non-Mandarin speakers. 3) Commission structure is always a moving target. As soon as the Management (in China) finds out you are making more commission they will change the rules to reduce the commission. Employees don't have a say, it is more like a Nazi ruling. 4) HR are best friends with Managers, so nothing remains confidential.

      I would like to thank you for the detailed feedback, glad you liked our lunch program, and we hope you enjoyed the brisk walk too because that's what keeps us from gaining too much weight. We are sorry if language barrier is the main reason for you to leave. we are an international company, although we work with English we try not to be too strict at non-working space. I agree that communication with management is not always easy, which you will find same in your second job and so on, but direct communication should have been the best approach. Lastly, we think cultural unfitness is the top reason for people to leave companies, it has nothing to do with salaries, benefits or how smart people are, we wish you best luck.

      Pros

      Hard-working employees; Good benefits and some perks.

      Cons

      Low pay; Lots of micromanaging and ridiculous workloads; No work-life balance; No growth opportunities; Suffocated working environment; Leadership is incompetent and toxic; English is rarely used at this company, people prefer to speak Mandarin.
