Thank you for the time you took to add your honest feedback. Honestly, we would not be able to improve if we do not hear those areas that require improving. We continue to provide leadership and management trainings in order to provide a strong leadership team and will review our current/future courses in order to have management provide its team with respect and professionalism.

Easy to get in due to high turnover rate-always openings to fill out.

Cons

They expect you to work overtime all the time , and not taking vacations you earned. Salary is very low compared to peers in industry. Management is horrible and discriminions is everywhere.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and I am apologizing for the negative experience you have encountered. Just very recently, our Leadership team was required to attend a Leadership training where 3 of our top managers shared their stories that showcase why they may be perceived as strong, supportive managers. We hope our leaders follow this lead as we understand that our culture needs to change so that employees are treated with dignity and not just like a number.
