      Typical East Asian work culture | branding as an American company.

      Pros

      Good for international student if you need sponsorship or work visa. Very eventful and will keep you very busy. So you can build a good resume from here. A reputable brand

      Cons

      1 person is working for 3 people job at least, because they are keep comparing salary with Chinese employees. They think US employee is too expensive to hire. No diversity as you can see. 1 local people among a 15 people team, the rest are all Chinese. it will be hard for you if you don't speak chinese. Hierarchy culture from China, you have to kiss axx to move up.

      Insane work hours and gaslighting from upper management

      Free lunch, great health insurance

      Cons

      Chinese Style Management Insane workload and work hours. When you let the manager know that the workload is impossible, they will just tell you to improve efficiency instead of hiring more people, and you will be constantly feeling like your are bad at your job. The emotional damage from the managers is real. Run away from here if you can.

      You at least get a paycheck.

      Cons

      Was told I wasn't important while being promoted. CEO was jailed in China for business practices. Employee turnover is about 2 yrs and treated like a number.
