Pros

Since I start working here, I really do think I have been exceeding expectations for my role. The company has many review system to ensure you are on track. Very monitoring, if that is good for you to have.

Cons

The weirdest thing is the company finance system that requires employee to go through many processes to acquire needed services. Also, the reimbursement process is not concur, it is a weird payment process which each time I have to spend at least 25 minutes to get my vendor paid or reimbursement. Many main approval or decision making lays oversea. As a result, many internal communications, work practice (probation presentations, interview presentations) and company work interface that obviously not adapted to mainstream, not feel like USA if you ask me.

Pros

Cheap or free lunch if you work on-site. Healthcare benefit is ok

Cons

Chronically overworking on weekends and nights is rampant and very much encouraged by the company- without any overtime pay. The salary is much lower compared to industry standard and your bonus is always in jeopardy. Production and IT constantly messing up and everyone trying to shift blames. Leadership is incompetent and discriminatory and treat anyone who is not fully willing to work overtime as a hazard. Gaslighting is the common strategy applied on employee to avoid paying their bonus or severance package.
