Pros

Nothing. You get paid on time.

Cons

Despite being here for almost two years, any feedback I made since I first joined has barely been implemented or improved on. They love waiting until someone makes a mistake before implementing changes. Not that the CAPAs they suggest really help. Most mistakes were already pointed out as high risk before the mistake was made. Still have issues half heartedly translating the system and documents used. When operator makes mistake due to translation issues or worse, lack of translations, middle management love blaming operator. Their favourite thing to say : "XX(non chinese local staff) can recognize at least 6 chinese characters, why can't you remember these 2 simple ones? Can't you see these 2 set of words are different? If you really can't tell just use Google translate." In summary: they love to blame you for your mistakes and suggest corrective actions that only create more work for already overworked staff. Even overheard the supervisor recently ask why can't locals just learn Chinese instead.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We take all feedback on workplace interactions seriously, especially when it relates to communication and team dynamics. Our work environment places a strong emphasis on both accountability and consistency in execution, given the nature of our operations. While this can at times create a demanding environment, we hold ourselves to clear standards — not only in performance, but also in maintaining professional and respectful interactions across all levels of the organization. We continuously strive to improve our management practices and team culture, and feedback such as yours is important in helping us identify areas where we can do better. We also encourage employees to raise concerns through internal channels, where we are better positioned to understand context and address issues constructively.

Pros

1. The salary package is average, but for entry-level positions, it’s considered quite competitive. 2. Free shuttle bus service to the nearest MRT station, making commuting more convenient. (It's provided by the building management , not the company itself)

Cons

1. The onboarding training could be significantly improved. As newcomers, it takes time to adapt to a company’s work environment and procedures. That’s why there’s a three-month probation period. Expecting employees to master everything within a week is unrealistic. 2. The office morale was quite toxic. Some staff members were vaping indoors, blaming colleagues unfairly, and even shouting at their desks, creating a stressful work environment. 3. Managers, please provide more support to new joiners—we truly need your guidance and help.
