7ythank you for your feedback, we are sorry to hear the comment about our pay and benefit. Although individual compensation is performance based which I cannot comment, one fact is that our benefits, including vacations/leaves, health insurance, 401K, FSA/DCA and meal plan, have improved a lot during the past 3 years and become very competitive.
