Pros

I've had the priveledge of working with this amazing company for nearly 2 years now and I am truly grateful for this experience. The management team truly listens to their employees, appreciates their hard work, and values their contributions. It is refreshing to be a part of a company that fosters a positive and supportive work environment. I feel motivated and inspired each day, knowing that my efforts are recognized and appreciated. I couldn't ask for a better place to work!

Cons

GenScript is a fast-paced working environment. This can sometimes create a sense of urgency and pressure to meet deadlines that some may find overwhelming. However, the fast pace can also bring excitement and opportunities for growth.

Pros

Systematic training and support Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive and inclusive work culture Encouraging innovation and freedom to explore new ideas

Cons

The workload can be high before holidays when many clients submit requests, but there are also slow days. The good news is that the more orders we have, the more bonus we get.
