      Pros

      Free lunch, although options are limited and it's usually cold by the time you're allowed to step out of the lab to eat.

      Cons

      Management does not care about you. HR does not care about you. Employees come and go, and they do not listen to their employees. We were routinely assigned work over our stated capacity and all pleas fell on deaf ears. Work here if you need to get your foot in the door, but get out as soon as you find a better job.

      Lack of communication between departments, poor management. The turn over rate is high, and the expectations from the company are based from their main location in china.
