Workload is on the heavier side as company is scaling up You will sometimes need to get through a heavy dose of bureaucracy to get things done

Very stingy with vacation/holiday. As a provider for federal institutes, it should provide at least 5 days of sick time, we only get three, now two more days as personal days, which requires supervisor approval. No holidays between Jan to the end of May, and no veteran's day, or several other federal holidays. Total only 7 days of holiday time in the whole year.

There is not much flexibility in the job. The times and teams were stagnant in their positions.

- starting salary is very bad, almost minimum wage - the management is lacking basic skills and very disorganized - overwork - extremely high turnover rate which worsened the workload. It also took them extensive period of time to hire replacement - very little space for career advancement - favoritism. Management only appreciates people they like - there are quite some Trump supporters (they keep it low key though). it is especially ironic considering most of them are Chinese immigrants - people outside of the department like to gossip A LOT

Limited platform No research and development resources

So much there isn't a starting point to talk about the cons. If you work here, be prepared for them to squeeze the juice out of you until you're no longer useful for them.

- Too much focus on KPI vis a vis Commission. Almost everyone is talking about KPI and their bonus ( or lack thereof) - Quite a culture struggle for non-Chinese - Expect to work beyond 8 hours without OT pay - Favoritism (some) - Medical Insurance provider is not good
