3yThank you for sharing your feedback and I am apologizing for the negative experience you have encountered. Just very recently, our Leadership team was required to attend a Leadership training where 3 of our top managers shared their stories that showcase why they may be perceived as strong, supportive managers. We hope our leaders follow this lead as we understand that our culture needs to change so that employees are treated with dignity and not just like a number.

3yThank you for your honest feedback. Our Leadership team recently undertook a mandatory leadership training where some managers shared stories of how important it is to be open and listen to their team's ideas and we hope that this will lead to a more inclusive environment.
