Pros
The company, as a whole, takes care of their employees and overs pretty good coverage and 401K. All the employees are very friendly and you get to know everyone from other departments pretty quickly. The company is always having team building things and the CEO tries to sit with a different group of employees every month. It really makes you feel like you're included and not just a number.
Cons
There's little room for growth at the branch operations level. The leadership for branch operations wants to hire you, but when it comes to moving up or moving to a different department, they try extremely hard to keep you at the branch level--making it difficult to grow with the company. In addition to that, leadership at the branch level makes very little effort to develop you for other positions and continually keep adding more and more responsibility at the branch level without any sort of pay increase.
