As a per diem I see different facilities and therapy is not consistent in different buildings.

Small company, small staff, good rehab director, clean and updated gyms/facilities, fair wage.

Cons

Inconsistent regulations of ethics with how COTA/OTR & PT/PTA therapy is to be carried out with Medicare patients.
