Pros

It is a nice building to work at. Most staff get along well and treat each other like family. Management are supportive of the staff.

Cons

It is a busy facility and the acuity of care has gone high since I first started to work here but the salary is about the same.

Good Company, little growth

Pros

Good people who really seem like they care. Work environment was never too hectic, good for learning. Willing to work with your schedule for school.

Cons

Little room for growth. Raises are non-existent. No overtime policy

Culture changed a few years ago from family style to corp. Your motto should not be "everyone is replaceable."
