Pros

Time goes by fast there.

Cons

Management is not helpful. They only “help” when state is there. And then they bombard you with more work apart from the one to already have. Then they complain of OT when the work load is not ending.

Pros

The only pro that this company provides is heath insurance but even that isn’t great compared to other companies.

Cons

-Hiring staff that don’t care about patients general well being. -Only concerned with how many patients come in and what type of insurance those patients have as that determines whether the facility gets money. -Horrible pay -No sense of responsibility when it comes to upper management -If there are any issues that need to be resolved between staff it is usually overlooked and never resolved.
