Pros
I have been with Genesis for some time now. I have seen a lot of changes occur, and will admit that change is not always easy. However, I've seen what the outcome of said change led to. I've seen the culture of this organization remain as a tight knit family. I've seen leadership provide support to their teams without hesitation or condemnation. They do not question getting in the trenches when it's needed. This isn't a common experience that I've had at other companies.
As a company, we continue to add additional services that will best support our communities. This comes from account feedback, to discovery by reps. The amazing thing is the team is heard. Their feedback is taken into consideration, and if it will better assist in patient care, action is taken. This progressive mentality has been part of the reason for the company's growth.
I couldn't have found a better company to work for. The family that I have here at Genesis is amazing, the services that we provide are competitive and the opportunities are endless. I would highly recommend doing more research on Genesis as a company to see if this is your next step in your career path.
