      Culture and people are top of mind. No real hierarchy and high transparency from top to bottom. Being growth-minded and open to collaborating with other departments have helped resolve previous challenges and move forward stronger together.

      Sometimes chaotic because of near-sightedness and reacting but that is improving under current management.
