      Amazing from the top. The owners are incredible and fully invested in the future of the company. They’ve done an excellent job putting the appropriate team into place to set us up for success. Fully investing in the future and growth while keeping the patient in mind.

      Pros

      Compliance at the forefront. Management team dedicated to pushing you to grow without micromanaging. Passion to serve patients and people in the community around you. Commitment to strive for excellence and willingness to better themselves.

      Cons

      While the lab might not have a household name like some labs, however they are rapidly growing and with their exceptional turn around times and products, they outcompete other labs.

      Terrible Company

      Pros

      They promise a lot and you get to go into the field either away.

      Cons

      They let a bunch of people to randomly within their first 3 months without warning. These are people who you know this is their first medical sales job, and you provide them no help and no insight at all once they are in the field after a terribly put together week of training. Stay away from this company if you like job security or normal human decency.
