      Pros

      From the top down, Genesis is the closest company I have ever been a part of. I have been in the industry for 7 years now and I am so glad I made the decision to join the team. The owners are heavily involved (in a good way) and genuinely care about the people and the company. The best way I can explain it is a small company with huge resources.

      Nice coworkers, decent pay, flexible schedule

      Cons

      Management has no clue what’s going on, you are left wondering if the business will even be there tomorrow. They have very sketchy dealings and many things I saw were not even legal in terms of laboratory practice.

      management is laid back and is really chill as long as you're doing your work

      Cons

      no real room for growth in the company unless someone leaves. they constantly talk about promoting from within but rarely see it happen. maybe if the company grows more I can see it happening
