Firstly, I’m very appreciative of the opportunity that Genesis gave me considering my lack of medical sales experience. I’ve been with Genesis for 3 months and it has been by far the best company that I’ve ever worked for. I actually wake up in the morning with excitement and motivation rather than being stressed out or nervous. I believe the reasoning for this is because of the leadership and culture that has been laid out. We’re all on a mission to become the biggest/best laboratory in the country and I haven’t felt this type of team comradery since playing college football. Genesis is growing like wildfire and it’s fun to be apart of. The improvements to our core products/reports has been incredible, which has given us a huge advantage over our competitors. In result, this has lead me to have great success thus far with a lot of exciting opportunities in the near future! I highly recommend working here and coming along for the ride.

Great culture and a great leadership to work with. As a field sales rep we always have the resources we need to be successful. They make you feel more like family rather than a number. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone in the medical sales space.
