      Full-time remote so can't meet people in person more often. Very strong on DEI than necessary. It might potentially impact the quality of teammates.

      Good Work Life Balance Collaborative Culture Solid Career Growth and Opportunities Good salary and incentive program

      Cons

      Lots of internal politics Lots of layoffs and good talent being let go with little explanation or empathy (which is central to the company's vision by the way!) Mostly remote culture; unless in a customer facing role, there are not many opportunities to meet your peers in person

      Pros

      Benefits are great - unlimited PTO, plenty of holidays including the entire week between Christmas and New Year's off and August Fridays. Work life balance is good for the most part

      Cons

      Depending on the team, you can work a lot or not at all. Leadership is not transparent and there's a lot of turnover. Just had two rounds of layoffs in the past 4 months so it feels like you're always looking over your shoulder
