Pros

Leading Company in the Contact Center Market; no matter the size or platform type (premise/cloud/hybrid). Genesys is a company that appreciates it's employees and the value they bring to the organization. Company is committed to investing in their products, services, support and personnel. Tremendous R&D investment in products and services. Benefits are great, and Open time off allows one to balance work and personal life.

Pros

By far, compared to my previous position with another company, the environment and community of Genesys is amazing. Within the first four weeks of starting this new position, I've interacted with events on campus and really gotten a chance to relax and enjoy my new team. The biggest advantage I've learned so far as being an employee of Genesys, is the way the community as a whole has a general appeal to happiness and career growth.
