Management! They have some of the worst management I have ever suffered through. I will mention no names as I am sure this matches several people there, but this person is wishy washy. One minute do this and the next is yelling at me for what I did. Then next week I get yelled at for asking what to do as I should know to do what I got yelled at for doing. They bought out Interactive Intelligence and cut A LOT of staff. Now I have been through several of these and expected this BUT they never bothered to figure out what several parts of what they bought actually do. I mean I know they know we do something and we bring in money down here but I am not sure they know know what we do. No support and its sink or swim. Right now I feel like I am on my little island and if I drown no one will notice until my work does not get done so my manager can scream at me from their home and then notice I am below the water. If you say hey I need help we get the "Everyone is overworked right now" speech. I am currently doing two to three peoples jobs and getting paid below one. So if you can find something else go there. If not use this one as a learning experience and leave at the first chance.

Although they preach the customer experience is most important to them, it isn't. They cut corners, especially in professional services. They treat employees poorly, for the most part. I'm not a disgruntled employee - just look at the line of long timers that are lined up out the door. You don't have an exodus like this when you are treating your employees well and living up to your word. It's unfortunate.
