      Pros

      Diverse environment, flat organization and smart people. Many challenges but things like integration with other companies keep things interesting. Willing to spend money, but you have to make sure you will justify it.

      Need to be Agile, projects move slow.

      individual contributors are nice people

      Cons

      management is weak. They are taking on more than they can with recent acquisition. Solution is limited. selling is a long sales cycle. Rate of commission before making a large number is low compared to other software companies.

      Pros

      The product line was always solid and could adapt quickly to market demand. There was always something new to learn and new ways to contribute. It has been a "work hard, play hard" culture since long before that became a thing.

      Cons

      Rapid changes in direction - the next big thing gets all the attention and you can feel like you are left behind when working on last year's next big thing. Merger was a stressful time.
