      Pros

      Salary are higher than average market. You can enjoy a work-life balance. e-learning is always available and colleague is a very good options to learn. Genesys offers much more flexibility for doing things than others companies in the market. Process are very quick and there is no red type.

      Cons

      Very little process define, what is out of the common way or the normal case it is not defined. Therefore, you can be a bit lost and not get help straight away as nobody know how to do some things. Difficulties to find the right material to develop your work. Answers and solutions could take a while so you need to be patient.

      Pros

      The main thing I like in Genesys - you feel that the company likes you. You manager trusts you rely on you. Tasks you solved are very different and interesting, you can choose from several task or propose your own solution. And your team will hear you. The team is always ready to help.

      Cons

      I have not enought feedback from my manager.

      Pros

      I feel empowered to address any obstacle, gap or frustration. I have a voice, I'm heard and respected by my peers and leadership. I always feel that my career can expand and take on new meaning. I also work with super talented and wickedly smart group of folks!!

      Cons

      We don't have enough hours in the day to do what we do best. Our business evolves quickly and a day is never the same.
