      Pros

      Salary are higher than average market. You can enjoy a work-life balance. e-learning is always available and colleague is a very good options to learn. Genesys offers much more flexibility for doing things than others companies in the market. Process are very quick and there is no red type.

      Cons

      Very little process define, what is out of the common way or the normal case it is not defined. Therefore, you can be a bit lost and not get help straight away as nobody know how to do some things. Difficulties to find the right material to develop your work. Answers and solutions could take a while so you need to be patient.

      Pros

      The main thing I like in Genesys - you feel that the company likes you. You manager trusts you rely on you. Tasks you solved are very different and interesting, you can choose from several task or propose your own solution. And your team will hear you. The team is always ready to help.

      Cons

      I have not enought feedback from my manager.

      Genesys is a company where the employees have a growth path and where you have the possibility to demostrate your value.With over ten years in thi company I can say that Genesys recognize your day by day work. Great international environment where you can keep in contact with many colleagues around the world.

      Cons

      Genesys is a company that is under a transformation specially in Professional Services and GU where sometimes it’s not simple to follow many changes that are taking place. At the same time I like to see the transformation as a positive challenge.
