      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely trying - I met some of the people who were writing processes that were were trying to learn. They were really trying to make things better for us, but they didn't have the power to make all of the changes that needed to be implemented for any real change.

      Cons

      Most of them are not - they will use you for your skills - they will not train you - they will move you from department to department - good luck sticking with the schedule you were hired under - good luck stick with the job description you were hired under - there is a good chance that you will be working for less money than other people in the same department doing the exact same job and they will tell you it is because they are under a company wide freeze on pay rates because of the pandemic.

      Pros

      Genpact is an excellent place to work. They are not only open to efficient change, they actually promote it. They offer higher than usual pay, excellent benefits, generous PTO and cultivate an environment of success. Management genuinely care about their employees and seek ways to help develop their talents and interests. There are plenty of opportunities for advancement or movement withing the company. They also push employees to meet their full potential but offering ongoing training to keep skills fresh. This is an excellent place to work.

      Cons

      The work is sometimes overwhelming, but team members and management are very understanding and supportive. There is also a focus on efficiency, which sometimes results in reduction of full-time employees. However, if you have a good work ethic and integrity, they are not in the business of losing good talent. If a position is no longer needed, they try their best to find a new project for you to work.

      Consulting Wannabees but one trick pony - Send all jobs to India

      Cons

      Cheapest company I have ever seen. They do not care about their people just counting pennies and outsourcing anything they can to low cost countries. Management is all from India and totally unqualified to lead. Waste of time working for this company.
