      Really low compensation with no leadership guidance

      Pros

      Lot of opportunities to work with different clients and learning opportunities if your team leadership is supportive. good onsite opportunities and but really low on compensation side, you might be in a tough situation after crossing the border.

      Cons

      Not a long run company, does not address any of employee concerns and leadership just use the same mantra' over and over again on employee and try to dodge the bullet somehow on the concern discussion,

      Pros

      They have a lot of innovation in creating a cheaper work force for bigger companies and room to move up within the company if you want to move around.

      Cons

      No employee support and fewer benefits than BD. Not a good move, and the management got rid of us after a year so they didn't have to pay us severance pay from BD.
