Where should I start? Expected to work 100+ hours a week. Management is two-faced and can't be trusted. Tells you whatever she thinks you want to hear. Lead marketer for the company is unprofessional and thinks she runs the place. Many people feel scared and threatened by her. The job is all about referrals and not about patient care. Many unethical practices that go against medicare guidelines. No family-life balance at all. Expected to take call at night and work all day with no break. Promised days off and never received.

Our DOO is fabulous. I've been here 11 years, 9 in this office, and I'm sure we've been through 11 DOOs in that time. Corporate uses them up. They never do anything well enough, fast enough, long enough, so to speak. They ride them over EVERYTHING. I wouldn't have that job. TOO much stress, too much micro-managing from corporate. It's very sad. Our current DOO has changed the working atmosphere in our office. It's a joy to come to work now. But, she's tired. She gave notice on Monday but did corporate even TRY to keep her? NO! They'll hire another hard, cold person who doesn't stand behind their employees and micro manages. AND THEY DON'T CARE!
