      in beginning there seemed to be a lot of passion for our mission...learned quickly their stated mission was not their true mission

      every kind of problem imaginable..racism, relational, poorly organized, no interest in you until they needed you somewhere else to staff

      Pros

      Steady employment to those who want to work for it. Above average pay. Benefit of working to help people with debilitating illness transition through the end of their life with many caring staff and team members focused on them and their family's. Corporate support staff available for the agencies. Lots of internal training opportunities. You have to be on your A game to work here.

      Cons

      Not sure there are any except a better benefit package with the next open enrollment. This is not for everyone because it requires multi level thinking, compliance and an above average skill set. If your just looking for an easy paycheck- do not apply. This company requires dedication, experienced staff and forward thinkers.
