Pros

Autonomy is the name of the game in this arena. If you love people this is your job. Very nice co-workers.

Cons

Very obvious clique culture. Favorites receive the most help with their case load. Management retaliates in the most unfortunate way. Assignments are not designed to make work flow better for the staff. You definitely feel that the most important employee is the boss.

Pros

Most of the clinical staff were excellent. There seemed to be endless funds available for marketing and advertising and glossy brochures.

Cons

Management seems to be focused primarily on maximizing profit by providing less and less support for the staff, and less and less quality and quantity of care for patients and families.

The pro was working for the originally SouthernCare before it went through a buy-out.

Cons

This office is on a down hill spiral; people back stabbing, liars, incompetent regional management who comes in on occasion with their smiling fake faces. Lots of favoritism and clicks. It's not a professional adult environment, it is catty and childish.
