Please don't leave your present employment for a job with CURO

No longer are there any positives. Curo has ruined what was once the best place ever to work. The positive reviews left on here are inflated and over exaggerated.
Cons
Lets see to name a few on the nursing list, always short staffed and not like normal health care they are operating offices with a quarter of the staff required and try to substitute with staffing agencies, upper management has no hospice experience, back bitting back stabbing amongst staff dont let those smiles and kind fake words fool you, the moment your back is turned its a different story, benefits are terrible, no time for personal life. You take huge amounts of work home ever night that better be completed by midnight or you will be written up. You are a case manager, an admit nurse, on call nurse, weekend nurse, back up call nurse etc, curo is so cheap with supplies for patients all the things Southern Care provided CURO cut out more than half and what they do provide is the cheapest on the market. These are just a few I would be here all month if I went into deep detail. Long story short since CURO bought out Southern Care this place has gone to the dogs because all that counts at the end of the day is quantity not quality. They only care about making the most money possible no matter what corner they have to cut. The turn over rate is horrible that's why they are always advertising for positions to be filled it has nothing to do with growth, but everything to do with miserable employees that can not take it anymore.
