Pros

Great nurses and aides, chaplains and social workers

Cons

I couldn't help but laugh when I read this ad that they put in the paper. One of the first things that they talk about is having low case loads is a lie. But, you need to get use to that if you want a job here. The management constantly lies to their employees. They tell you what they think you want to hear and then do the exact opposite. It is all about the almighty dollar. They kiss the butts of the marketers and treat the RN's like crap. Half of the patients that come in are from word of mouth from patient's that have had good experiences with the nurses and aides, not the marketers, and certainly not the management. Don't apply here unless you enjoy working sixty hours a week plus being forced to work on call on the weekends. Kiss your family good bye.
