Pros

They truly do care about there patients.

Cons

Benefits are way to expensive for such a large company. They is no room for advancement with the company unless you are a nurse. It seems that the nurses get all the glory as if no one else works here and that make morale very low. When things reported to management that are of a ethical nature nothing is ever done they pretend it never happened.

Pros

The patients and their families

Cons

They hire RN's as salaried and then after working 40 hours or more, usually at least 50 a week they expect 150 hours of call a month with no call pay for CTC or backup. I received $60 a month in call pay for the 150 hours of call a month. If you complain they tell you that you do not have a hospice heart and need to quit. They do not care about their employees only increasing their patient numbers.
