      The people here are amazing. They are selfless and take so much pride in helping our patients and their families at the time they need the help the most. I am so proud to be part of this wonderful company.

      Working with patients and families during this vulnerable time for them is an incredible honor Direct management and team members are supportive as best as they can be given corporate rules/policies Schedule flexibility Not being micromanaged

      Working 40+ every week with only salary pay Longevity unappreciated by corporate as evidenced by new inexperienced staff making more than tenured staff Redundancy in charting Corporate tends to prefer quantity of visits rather than quality Only nurses have opportunity for advancement
