      There are none so far.

      Recently bought out from Promedica Heartland d. We we're told that nothing will change however at least 10% of the staff have been laid off we are told we will never get a raise our phones were taken away and basically everything is changing

      You can learn a lot

      The hire up believe money is more important than the patient they service. The sales team don’t know how to get new business but yet the VIce President give them everything they want.

      The company appears to have decent pay, in comparison to the rest of the market AND appropriate workload for pay (salary position)

      Cons

      Upper level management lack true leadership ability. Although nice and friendly, they are typically no more than a title holder or figure head. Minimal ability to grow as a true leader.
