Minimal training. Lack of support once hired,. Continual push to do more with less. Lack of concern for staff at a local level. Promote life/work balance, but empty actions. Promote quality patient care - but focus is on building census beyond staffing ability. Local directors and administrators are hired, not trained and do not stay in place. Local staff want to provide excellence but are not given tools, training, support or staffing to do it. Yet the push to admit continues despite goals and vision of Gentiva. I question this lack of integrity at our regional level
